I bought this lovely bit of WASP perfection for Porter a few weeks ago. It's really fantastic quality -- with great lining and buttons. It may not be Balenciaga, but the idea is the same and equally fabulous for only $250. They're doing it in solids now, too. Think the yellow with purple lining may be a next purchace.
